You have come to the right place

We see local people with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and pre and post natal women every day.

  • After your initial assessment we will put your mind at rest and give you a clear diagnosis of what is causing your pain.
  • We will design and implement your treatment plan and start to reduce your pain.
  • The average number of sessions we need to get you better is 5.
  • Over the course of your treatment plan we will get you back to your normal activities.
  • We will give you an individualised home exercise programme so you can continue the benefits of your physiotherapy at home and reduce the risk of this injury happening again.

What we do

Our physiotherapists specialise in sports injuries, spinal pain and women's health problems and we offer convenient morning, afternoon, evening and weekend appointments for commuters and local residents. Why choose us? Read Here.

We use a combination of hands on therapy, such as joint manipulation and mobilisation, massage, taping, acupuncture, electrotherapy and exercise therapy to get your musculoskeletal problem better.

We offer you prompt access to a physiotherapist within 24 hours of you contacting us. Our physiotherapists are highly experienced having worked in the NHS, elite sport and private practice helping people quickly recover from injury and get back to full fitness.

Plus, if you're not happy with the outcome of your initial assessment session we'll give you a 100% refund for the session

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

The easiest way to book and manage your appointment is to use our online booking system and select your time and who you want to see. Alternatively call our reception service on 0203 322 9455.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a consent form and past medical history form. Please bring shorts and for ladies wear a sports bra or vest top as physiotherapy involves you undressing to some degree for assessment.
