We offer you prompt access to a physiotherapist within 24 hours of you contacting us. Our physiotherapists are highly experienced having worked in the NHS, elite sport and private practice helping people quickly recover from injury and get back to full fitness. Plus, if you’re not happy with the outcome of your initial assessment session we’ll give you a 100% refund for the session. All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

Our physiotherapists specialise in sports injuries, spinal pain and women’s health problems and we offer convenient morning, afternoon, evening and weekend appointments for commuters and local residents. Why choose us? Read Here.

Our physios will get your sports or spinal injury better by using manual therapy such as joint mobilisation or manipulation and sports massage, we also use K taping, acupuncture and ultrasound. Plus we will e-mail you a detailed and personalised home exercise programme including stretching, mobilisation exercises as well as Pilates and strength exercises. Your programme has detailed descriptions of what to do accompanied by pictures and videos so you can’t go wrong. We also offer nutritional therapy services at this location.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a consent form and past medical history form. Please bring shorts and for ladies wear a sports bra or vest top as physiotherapy involves you undressing to some degree for assessment.
