You have come to the right place
We see local people with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and pre and post natal women every day.
- After your initial assessment we will put your mind at rest and give you a clear diagnosis of what is causing your pain.
- We will design and implement your treatment plan and start to reduce your pain.
- The average number of sessions we need to get you better is 5.
- Over the course of your treatment plan we will get you back to your normal activities.
- We will give you an individualised home exercise programme so you can continue the benefits of your physiotherapy at home and reduce the risk of this injury happening again.

Plus, if you're not happy with the outcome of your initial assessment session we'll give you a 100% refund for the session.
All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).
The easiest way to book and manage your appointment is to use our online booking system and select your time and who you want to see. Alternatively call our reception service on 0203 322 9455.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a consent form and past medical history form. Please bring shorts and for ladies wear a sports bra or vest top as physiotherapy involves you undressing to some degree for assessment.

Steve is very knowledgeable and has helped me deal with a sports injury by explaining the science behind his diagnosis in a way that is easy to understand. He has showed me a range of rehabilitation exercises and set out various alternative ways in which I can keep equally as fit without causing further injury. Steve has also been great at responding to additional queries I’ve had following treatment. Would highly recommend!Helen White
